The blond beauty consistently looked amazing this year and continues to push the envelope with her awe-inspiring fashion risks. Bosworth has truly perfected her alluring look, both on and off the red carpet.

A year and a half after their wedding, Prince William of Wales and his wife, Catherine, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are pregnant with their first child, the palace confirmed Monday.

No details have been released yet about just how far along the Duchess is, but the palace did reveal that she had been admitted to the hospital for an acute case of morning sickness.

"The Duchess was admitted this afternoon to King Edward VII Hospital in Central London with Hyperemesis Gravidarum," the statement continued. "As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter."

IN & NOW: Kate and William win case over topless pictures

According to US Magazine, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge won the battle over the pictures in which Kate appears topless on their vacation. Check out what they said:

In a decision made Tuesday morning outside Paris, Closer has been handed a slew of demands: 

It must not print any more copies of its issue featuring William and Kate, 30, and must remove the topless pics from its website; the photos cannot be published in any other magazines or newspapers in France; the photos cannot be sold anywhere else in the world; the photos must be handed over to the Palace by midday Wednesday.

Em uma decisão tomada na terça-feira de manhã fora de Paris, a revista Closer recebeu um grande número de demandas:

If they do not do what was established they have to pay a fine of 10,000 euro per each incident... let's see if they will follow the rules now!!!
