5- Add first the zucchini, always stirring
5- Adicione primeiro a abobrinha, sempre mexendo
6- Then you add the mozzarella, stir and pay attention not to melt completely

If you like basil, you can sprinkle some on top like I did and you can see in the picture!!!

YUMMY!!!: Recipe - Beef with Zucchini

This is a delicious recipe I made up and every now and then I make for lunch. It's so yummy, and at the same time healthy and it is also practical. It takes you less than 30 minutes to do it. You just need to have these simple ingredients at home:

1 pound of ground beef          500 gramas de carne moída
1 medium zucchini*                      1 abobrinha italiana média*
2 large tomatoes                           2 tomates grandes
1 medium onion                            1 cebola média
1 tbs of olive oil                             1 colher de sopa de azeite
2 tablets of beef broth                 2 tabletes de caldo de carne
basil                                                  manjericão
sea salt                                              sal marinho

* If you don't have zucchini, it's also great with eggplant

Directions:
- Warm oil over medium heat and saute the chopped onion
- Add beef broth and then the ground beef
- While it is sauted, chop the zucchini and the tomatoes, add olive oil and salt on them and reserve separatedly (put some basil in the tomatoes)
- After the beef is browned, add just the zucchini and saute a little more
- In the end, add the tomatoes (but just to mix) and serve

Serves up to four people.

Hmmm... I've just tasted mine, will you try to do yours?

Modo de Preparo:
- Aqueça o óleo no fogo médio e refogue a cebola picadinha
