COOL TIPS: Lonely Planet

Guys!!! Today I decided to post another useful website for those who are traveling: Lonely Planet!!!

Pessoal!!! Hoje eu decidi postar outro site útil para aqueles que vão viajar: Lonely Planet!!!

I'd had already seen this name on the shelves of bookstores, but just actually got in touch with it when I took part in a huge translation project for one of the companies I worked for at that time. I had the chance to translate travel guides about Istanbul, Uruguay, Argentina and New York!!! It was a great experience because as a translator you end up learning and knowing a bit of everything!!!

Eu já tinha visto esse nome nas prateleiras das livrarias, mas só fiquei em contato com ele de verdade quando participei de um projeto gigante de tradução de uma das empresas que eu trabalhava na época. Eu tive a oportunidade de traduzir guias de viagem sobre Istambul, Uruguai, Argentina e Nova York!!! Foi uma ótima experiência pois como tradutor você acaba aprendendo e conhecendo um pouco de tudo!!!

So, after that I started following them on Facebook and every now and then I check their website or their books for some travel tips.

Então, depois disso eu comecei a segui-los no Facebook e de vez em quando eu vejo o site ou os livros deles em busca de algumas dicas de viagem.
